Quick, easy and sure to please everyone at your gathering, our authentic antipasto platter can be assembled the day before and refrigerated until your guests arrive. Serve with toothpicks and crisp breadsticks.


Serves: 8
1 16-oz jar pepperoncini, drained
1 16-oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
8 oz. white button mushrooms, halved
1 10 oz. jar Henry’s Garlic Stuffed Olives, drained
6 oz. jar marinated artichokes, drained
1 to 2 c. Henry’s Italian Salad Dressing
8 oz. Henry’s Mozzarella, cubed
1 c. cubed salami or pepperoni
1 head green leaf lettuce, rinsed and separated

Place first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Toss with dressing, cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, mix in cheese and pepperoni. Garnish platter with lettuce leaves and pile antipasto on the platter.
