Bagel Crisps

Satisfying as a simple breakfast, a light snack or as a game-day appetizer.
prep time: 15 minutes; cook time: 10 minutes, serves 10

4 bagels
1/4 cup Butter, melted
Paprika, to taste

1. Slice the bagels into the thinnest possible circles without tearing. Lay the slices on a sheet pan and brush both sides with melted butter. Dust both sides very lightly with paprika. Place the pan into a preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake until slices are light golden brown. Remove from the oven.

2. Cool to room temperature. Once completely cooled, they should be stored standing on their sides in an airtight container. Be careful, as they are very fragile at this point.
