1 lb natural ground chuck or lean ground beef
3 Tbsp organic onion, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Henry's Market Organic Dijon Mustard
4 oz Henry's Market Cheddar Cheese, cut into 4 pieces
cooking oil for grill
grill brush
salt and black pepper

Prepare a medium-hot fire in the grill. Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Form into
4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Poke a hole in the center of each patty. Place a piece of
cheese in middle and fold meat around the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Brush
grill with oil. Grill burgers, 3 to 5 minutes per side, turning once. The internal
temperature of the beef should be at least 160ºF. Toast buns on the grill, cut side down,
1 to 2 minutes before the burgers are ready. Garnish with your favorite Henry's Market
condiments.
