Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Makes 3 cups

1 15-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed
1/4 cup prepared tomato salsa
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced (about 1 cup)
1 jalapeņo, seeded and finely diced
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
2 Tbs. lime juice

Combine all ingredients. Season with salt, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
