Blueberry Power Smoothie

One of the mightiest superfoods, blueberries add sweet flavor and a powerful punch of antioxidants to this simply delicious smoothie.
Prep time: 5 minutes, Serves 2

6 ounces firm tofu
2 cups blueberries, thawed
2 Tbsp. honey
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. spirulina
1 cup ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, cover and whir until smooth.
