Brain Booster Smoothie

Great after your morning workout, this delicious smoothie contains a little Gingko biloba to give your brain a little boost.
Prep time: 10 minutes, Serves 2

1 cup apple juice
1 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup strawberry frozen yogurt
Look at brand label recommendations for amount of Gingko biloba

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on low speed until smooth.
