Broiled Honey-Mustard Wild Salmon

1 Tbsp. Henry's Dijon Mustard
2 tsp. honey
2 (6 oz.) wild salmon fillets, skin removed
sea salt and pepper to taste

Preheat broiler to medium high. Mix mustard and honey together; set aside. Sprinkle both sides of salmon with salt and pepper. Lightly coat one side of each salmon fillet with honey-mustard. Place fillets on baking sheet and broil 5 minutes per side. (Save extra fillet for Weeks 2 & 4, Day 5 Lunch.)
