1 Tbsp. Henry's Canola Oil
3 Tbsp. Henry's Unsalted Butter
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs. Extra Large Shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
1/4 c. light ale (beer)
1 to 2 Tbsp. Cajun spice blend
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Melt butter in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet. Add oil. When butter/oil starts to bubble add garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and beer. Cook until shrimp turns just opaque and liquid evaporates. Add Cajun spice blend. Toss until well coated. Season with salt and pepper. Serve shrimp with lemon wedges.
