Prep Time: 12 minutes, Cook Time: 15 minutes, Serves 10 to 12
1 1/2 cups unbleached organic flour
1/2 cup organic wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chives, diced
1 stick unsalted Henry's Butter
3/4 cup Henry's milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, sift together the flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the cheese, garlic and chives. With a pastry blender, cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Stir in the milk and fold together until just incorporated. Do not over mix. Using a tablespoon drop biscuits onto a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot from the oven.
