Chocolate Rum Fondue

Sipping Tips: Take dessert over-the-top and pair pots of creamy decadence with a sip or two of the liqueur found in each fondue. Add rum to Fair Trade Organic French Roast coffee and garnish with a cinnamon stick and a dollop of whipped cream, or simply enjoy orange-infused Grand Marnier, a glass of ruby or tawny port all of which enhance the chocolate fondues.
Serves 6

1 c. organic heavy cream
5 oz. good quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
5 oz. good quality milk chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. espresso or strong coffee
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. dark rum

Heat cream over medium heat to a simmer. Add chocolate. Stir until melted. Add espresso, vanilla and rum. Don’t let boil or burn. Pour into a fondue pot and enjoy.
