Serves 6
1 c. organic heavy cream
5 oz. good quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
5 oz. good quality milk chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. espresso or strong coffee
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. dark rum
Heat cream over medium heat to a simmer. Add chocolate. Stir until melted. Add espresso, vanilla and rum. Don’t let boil or burn. Pour into a fondue pot and enjoy.
