3 bunches cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno, seeded
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup Parmigiano Regiiano cheese
1/2 cup Henry's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
salt to taste
Combine cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, pine nuts, garlic and cheese in blender or food processor and puree. Drizzle in oil and blent into a paste. Refrigerate until needed.
