Cinnamon-Crusted Grilled Peanut Butter and Fruit Spread Sandwich

Take your basic peanut butter and jelly sammie to a warmer and crispier level and try our tasty, toasted sandwich. Try almond butter and your favorite fruit spread to create delicious combinations.
Prep Time: 3 minutes, Cook Time: 5 minutes, Serves 1

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Henry's Market Organic Butter
2 slices Henry's Market Organic Bread
2 Tbsp. Henry's Market Organic Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Henry's Market Organic Raspberry Fruit Spread

Mix together the sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Heat skillet to medium heat. Spread each slice of bread with butter, on one side. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread. Spread fruit spread over peanut butter. Place the bread with the peanut butter and fruit spread on it, butter side down in the skillet. Top with remaining slice of bread, leaving the butter side out. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the bread. Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until golden. Remove from pan, slice into quarters and enjoy.
