3 lbs. ham steaks (1/2 inch thick)
4 Tbsp. Henry's Unsalted Butter
1/4 c. Henry's Market Organic Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Cut ham into 2 x 5 inch strips. Heat butter in a sauté pan over medium heat. Stir in syrup and cinnamon. Add ham slices and cook until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
