12 oz. seedless fresh oranges,
membrane removed
8 oz. frozen cranberries,
thawed and drained
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 oz. triple sec
Orange zest, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish
1. Peel the oranges, but leave whole. Using a knife, peel the membrane from the orange. Place the oranges into a food processor and completely purée.
2. Add the cranberries, honey,
and triple sec, then pulse to desired consistency.
3. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Relish can be garnished with fresh orange zest and fresh mint.
