Dilly Salmon Wrap

1-1/2 Tbsp. organic nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 organic small cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. lemon zest
sea salt and pepper to taste
6 oz. wild salmon fillet, shredded (from Weeks 2 & 4, Day 4 Dinner)
1 Henry's Tortilla
1 leaf organic romaine lettuce, shredded

Mix together yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Fold in salmon. Place salad on tortilla, top with lettuce.
