1 banana
1 Tbsp. Flaxseed Oil
1 Tbsp. Sun Harvest protein powder (optional)
1/2 cup Sun Harvest orange juice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup firm tofu or vanilla yogurt

Place ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
