Prep Time: 5 minutes, Makes: About 2 cups
1 (12 oz.) bottle Henry's Texas Style Barbecue Sauce
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 tbsp. red onion, diced
1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor, pulse until smooth. Store leftover sauce in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
