Fresh Corn Salsa

Total Time: 10 minutes, plus time to chill

Makes: about 3 cups
1 c. fresh organic sweet corn kernels
1 (15 oz.) can Henry's Black Beans, drained
1 medium organic tomato, diced
juice and zest of one lime
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. Henry's Grapeseed Oil
sea salt to taste

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least a half hour before serving, allowing the flavors to blend. Serve with Henry's Tortilla Chips or spooned over grilled tuna or a natural rib-eye steak.
