Fresh Organic Fruits with Vanilla Yogurt Sauce

Serve this divine dish year round layered with fruit and granola or use it to top your favorite light desserts.

Serves 8

3 oz. light cream cheese (neufchatel)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
8 cups berries, frozen or fresh
toasted nuts, coconut, or orange rind (optional)

In a small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed till fluffy. Add yogurt; beat until smooth. Spoon sauce over fruit and sprinkle with toppings. For an elegant touch, serve in wine glasses or water goblets. Enjoy!
