1 1/2 c. water
2 c. Henry's Vanilla Soymilk
2 c. organic oatmeal
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Topping Choices:
Maple Syrup
Fruity low-fat yogurt
Fresh fruit: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, apples, etc.
Dried fruit: apricots, raisins, blueberries, cranberries, banana chips, etc.
Nuts: almonds, walnuts, pecans or peanuts
Honey, Henry's Peanut butter, Almond butter
Heat water, soymilk, cinnamon and salt to a boil. Stir in oats, Return to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Divide into four portions and decorate with your favorite toppings.
