Prep Time: 10 minutes, Serves 8
6 ripe avocadoes
3 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 to 2 limes
1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
1/4 c. cilantro, minced
sea salt to taste
dash of hot sauce
Peel and seed avocadoes. Place in a bowl. Mash with a potato masher. Stir in garlic, lime juice, tomatoes and cilantro. Add salt and hot sauce to taste.
Did You Know? Keep your guacamole fresh and green by keeping a pit or two in the dip. Remove before serving.
