Marinate time: 2 hours or overnight, Cook time: 15 minutes, Serves 4
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp tarragon
1 tsp salt and pepper
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
6 boneless, skinless natural chicken breast halves
1 gallon size recloseable plastic bag
grill brush and cooking oil
Mix together the first 7 ingredients in plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours
or overnight in refrigerator. Prepare a medium-hot fire in the grill. Brush grate with
cooking oil. Place chicken on grill and sear 5 minutes per side or until it reaches 165°F.
