Prep Time: 1 hour, Cook Time: 15 minutes, Makes: 3 dozen toes
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 package instant yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour, plus extra for kneading
nonstick spray
1 Henry's Large Egg
1 tbsp. water
1/4 c. rosemary, dried
1 lb. almonds
3 Tbsp. kosher salt

Preheat oven to 450°F . Dissolve yeast in water according to the directions on package. Mix sugar into yeast mixture. Pour mixture into 3 cups of flour. Stir until combined, then work in last cup of flour. Knead dough for about 5 minutes. Divide dough in half. Shape dough into “toes” and place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray. Mix egg with water and brush over toes. Press almond at tip of toe for the toenail. Place individual rosemary needles on each toe to make the toes look hairy. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Bake for 15 minutes.
