1 c. soy sauce or tamari
1 TB ginger, grated
1 TB honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sesame oil
Zest of one lime
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Mix soy sauce, ginger, honey and garlic in a small saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes over medium heat. Strain. Stire in sesame oil, lime zest and red pepper flakes. Divide between four dipping bowls and serve with freshly steamed artichokes.
