1/2 c. soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ginger, grated
4 Tbsp. rice vinegar
4 Tbsp. mirin
4 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. red chili oil
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
2 scallions, finely chopped
Mix ingredients together. Chill until needed.
A perfect dipping sauce for Red Wine and Herb Court Bouillon Fondue.
