According to the World’s Most Healthiest Foods website (WMHF), greens, such as collards, are nutritional powerhouses with off the chart levels of vitamins A, C, and K. According to the WMHF, just one cup of cooked collards supplies 880 percent of the Recommend Daily Allowance (RDA) for vitamin K and 118.9 percent RDA for vitamin C.
