Grilled Banana Splits with Mocha Chocolate Sauce

Need an easy way to slip back into childhood? Try our grilled banana splits and let every creamy, dreamy spoonful bring you one-step closer to long lazy summer days of years past. Sweet and sophisticated enough to please kids of all ages.
Total Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 8
3 tbsp. Henry's Unsalted Organic Butter
1/2 c. dark rum
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. dark brewed coffee or espresso
1 c. Squeezable Chocolate Syrup
Henry's Canola Oil
8 firm organic Fair Trade Bananas
1 pint organic chocolate ice cream
1 pint organic vanilla ice cream
1 pint organic coffee ice cream
whipped cream
1/2 c. sliced and toasted almonds
24 chocolate covered espresso beans

Heat grill or grill pan over medium high heat. In a small saucepan, melt butter with rum and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix chocolate sauce with coffee. Set aside. Brush grill grate with canola oil. Place bananas on grill. Brush with rum butter mixture. Grill until caramelized. Remove from gill and place a banana in each bowl. Top with one scoop of each ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Garnish with whipped cream, toasted almonds and espresso beans.
