3 TB cracked black pepper
2 TB coarse sea salt
2 TB garlic powder or granules
1 TB coriander seed
1 TB paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. thyme
Place ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pluse until well-mixed and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Season steaks with rub before grilling.
