It's a mooth, lush Cabernet, soft and velvety with flavors of black currants, cedar and dark chocolate. Great with a steak or hearty red sauce. Castle Rock Pinot Noir - Wine Spectator Rating: 86 Aromas of ripe cherry, tree bark and wild raspberry are elegant, stylish and balanced with nice focus and a lingering finish.
