Herb Butter

Pick up a dozen of Henry's dinner rolls, heat at 350°F for 10 minutes and serve with homemade herbed butter.


2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
zest of one lemon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Form into a 1-1/2 inch diameter log. Roll in wax paper (twisting the ends tightly) and freeze until firm. Slice into medallions and place on a butter plate.
