High Protein Fruit Smoothie

1 scoop organic whey or soy protein powder
1/2 c. Henry's Organic Apple Juice
1/2 banana
1/2 c. Henry's Frozen Blueberries
1/3 c. nonfat plain dairy or soy yogurt
1 Tbsp. Henry's Organic Clover Honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients in blender and whir until smooth.
Variations:
Replace fruit with: 1/2 c. fresh organic mango or papaya, or Henry's Frozen Strawberries.
Replace juice with: Henry's Pomegranate Juice.
