Lemon Sauteed Zucchini

1 tsp. Henry's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small organic zucchini, thinly sliced
juice of one organic lemon
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Heat olive oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and zucchini. Cook 2 minutes per side. Squeeze lemon over zucchini and garnish with a sprinkle of cheese.
