Mango Nectarine Salsa

Darlene Rogers was the winner in the Best of the Rest category in our Quest for the Best Salsa in Encinitas, CA.
2 large cans crushed fire roasted tomatoes
1 small can Herdez jalapenos w/carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 peeled & finely chopped mangos
2 finely chopped nectarines
3 diced green onions
2 jalapenos (no seeds)
2 yellow peppers (no seeds)
1 finely diced Anaheim pepper (no seeds)

Combine all ingredients making sure to add juice from canned jalapenos.
