Sipping Tips: Take dessert over-the-top and pair pots of creamy decadence with a sip or two of the liqueur found in each fondue. Simply enjoy orange-infused Grand Marnier, a glass of ruby or tawny port all of which enhance this caramel fondues.
Serves 6
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
pastry brush and bowl of cold water
1 1/3 c. organic heavy cream
3 Tbsp. orange liqueur
1 Tbsp. Henry's Unsalted Butter

Warm heavy cream in saucepan over low heat, don’t let boil. Set aside. Combine sugar and water in another heavy-bottomed saucepan. Heat over low heat. Stir sugar until it dissolves. Turn heat to medium high and stir sugar until it turns amber. Cook for about 3 minutes. Brush down sides of pan with cool water occasionally. Stir in warm cream and cook, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Add liqueur and cook 1 minute longer. Stir in butter. Pour in fondue pot and enjoy!
