Orange Dream Smoothie

Refreshing and creamy, this smoothie quenches your craving for that delicious childhood confection of oranges and cream. Jumpstart your day with this grown-up twist and add a burst of vitamin C and essential fatty acids to your morning.
Prep time: 5 minutes, Serves 2

1 cup orange juice
1 large orange, peeled, seeded and sectioned
1 tsp. orange zest
2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
4 or 5 ice cubes

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, cover and whir until smooth.
