Total Time: 5 minutes, Makes: 1½ cups
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Puree of Organic Apples
1/2 cup Canola or Olive Oil
Blend 1/3 mustard and 1/3 seasoned rice vinegar slowly. Add
1/3 oil slowly until thickened. Repeat process until you have
combined all the mustard, vinegar and oil. Add apple puree
and season to taste. A little salt will bring out the flavors.
