2 lb. organic asparagus
3 Tbsp. Sun Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
zest of one lemon and one orange
Preheat the oven to 500°F and place baking pan in oven. Wash asparagus and snap or cut off woody stem ends. Take pan out of the oven and drizzle with olive oil. Place asparagus on pan and place in oven. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally to make sure the asparagus doesn’t stick. Remove from oven, and using tongs place asparagus on a platter. Sprinkle with zest and add salt and pepper to taste.
