Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cook Time: 30 minutes, Serves: 4-5
1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 Tbsp. Henry's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 strips bacon, cooked to crispy and crumbled
1 tsp. lemon zest
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 500°F. Place Brussels sprouts on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil. Bake for 20 minutes (turning once), or until tender and golden brown. Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl, stir in bacon and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper to taste.
