6 garlic cloves
4 oz. organic basil leaves
3/4 c. Henry's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 c. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

Place ingredients in food processor. Pulse until blended. Chill until ready to serve. A perfect dipping sauce for Red Wine and Herb Court Bouillon Fondue.
