1/2 c. raspberry vinegar (see the recipe)
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. fresh thyme, minced
1 tsp. Henry's Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp. Henry's Market Organic Maple Syrup
1 c. Henry's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Whisk the first 5 ingredients together. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
