Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes, Serves 10-12
20 cloves elephant garlic, peeled
1 quart Organic Whole Milk
1/4 cup Organic
Olive Oil
1. Measure the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and add the cloves of garlic. Poach the garlic for 10 minutes. Rinse and drain the poached garlic, place into a mixing bowl, and toss with the olive oil.
2. Place the coated garlic into a baking pan and place into a
preheated 350°F oven for
approximately 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Use in recipes as directed or serve plain with fresh bread.
