1 bulb garlic
2 tsp. Henry's Canola Oil
1 c. fresh tomatillo, chopped
1/2 c. fire roasted canned tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. organic yellow onion, diced
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chiles
sea salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450° F. Rub garlic in oil and wrap in foil. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 20 to 30 minutes. Squeeze roasted garlic into a blender; add the rest of the ingredients, and pulse to mix. Pour into a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt to taste.
