Roasted Maple Acorn Squash

1 organic acorn squash, halved and cleaned
1/4 c. organic walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. Henry's Butter

Preheat oven to 350º F. Slice “round” side of squash to create a steady base. Place squash in baking dish. Fill baking dish with 1-inch water. Bake for 20 minutes. Fill with squash walnuts, syrup and butter. Bake for 20 minutes longer.
