Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Prep Time: 10 minutes, Cook Time: 5 minutes, Makes: About 2 1/2 cups

1 (16 oz.) can Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 c. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 (6 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained
12 Tbsp. tahini
1 Tbsp. shallots, minced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. organic basil, minced
1 tsp. paprika
Dash white pepper
Dash cayenne
Dash sea salt
2 Tbsp. Henry's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 to 2 boxes Organic Water Crackers

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until mixture smooth. If mixture is too thick, add a little warm water to thin it out. Chill before serving. This recipe tastes even better the next day, making it a perfect make ahead dish.
