Prep Time: 20 minutes, Serves 4
2 bunches organic Swiss chard, cleaned and cut into1-inch strips
3 tablespoons Sun Harvest Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
sea salt and freshly cracked ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
good quality balsamic vinegar
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds. Add the Swiss chard and stir until coated with olive oil, cook for about 2 minutes or until the chard is just wilted. Season with the salt and pepper, remove from heat and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
