Total Time: 10 minutes, Makes: 3 cups
1 cup Sherry Vinegar
½ cup Water
½ cup Olive Oil
1 cup Canola Oil
2-3 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 pinch Ground White Pepper
3 tbsp Fine chopped Shallots
2 tbsp Chopped Chives
Combine all ingredients except chives. Place in blender
and mix at high speed. Add chives and adjust seasoning
if necessary.
