Spicy Glazed Pecans with Holiday Spice Mix

Nothing says "holiday season" more than these spicy glazed pecans. Eating them can't help but make you want to sit by a warm fire and laugh with your loved ones.
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes, Yields 1 lb

Holiday Spice Mix:
2 Tbsp. ground coriander
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 Tbsp. black pepper
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 cup dark chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin

Combine the spices into a dry mixing bowl. Stir with a whisk until evenly mixed. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Glazed Pecans:
1 lb. Henry's Market Organic Pecan halves
2 oz. Henry's Market Organic Butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
3 Tbsp. holiday spice mix

1. Preheat an oven to 325°F. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and toss to completely coat pecans.
2. Spread coated pecans evenly on a sheet pan and bake for about 10 minutes or until nuts are golden in color. Watch pecans closely because they can burn.
3. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
