Summer Melon Milkshake

In this recipe, frozen melon cubes replace ice cream for a refreshing light treat (just 120 calories). When melons aren’t in season, try it with sliced and cubed fruit from the frozen foods section.
Serves 3

2 cups cantaloupe or other melon, cubed and frozen
1 cup chilled low-fat or soy milk
6 ice cubes
2 Tbs. honey

Purée all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
