Prep time: 15 minutes, Makes about 4 cups
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup craisins
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted or raw
1/4 cup soynuts, roasted
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
The specific amounts of each ingredient are up to you and your preferences. Mix ingredients in a large bowl and then put into sealable containers for storing.
Suggestions: If you don't like something, don't include it. If you REALLY like something, put more of it.
