The Superfoods – Super You! Healthy Eating Plan was designed to:
* offer easy-to-follow daily meal plans and recipes.
* provide plenty of variety in foods; both flavors and textures.
* give you flexibility in meal planning – you can follow the plan exactly or mix and match meals. For example, if you find one breakfast menu you like, you can have it every day of the week if it works better for you!

Each daily menu provides about 1300-1600 calories, vitamins and minerals, and plenty of fiber to support optimal metabolism and fat burning. The plan has been carefully developed by Henry's dietitians and nutritionists with complex carbohydrates that nourish the brain and muscles, while minimizing fat storage.

Keep the following in mind when starting your healthy eating plan:
* Remember that it is always wise to consult your healthcare provider before making any significant changes in your nutrition plan.
* Choose a high-potency multivitamin and mineral supplement to augment your meal plan.
